3 Week Classic Lash - Fill In

Service Description

In order for your appointment to be a 3 Week Fill In, you must have at least 30% of your original set left and scheduled within 3 weeks from last appointment. If less than 30% of original set is present, it is possible you will need to receive a Full Set. Due to the replenishing cycle of your own lashes, 2-3 Week Fill Ins are recommended to keep your extensions looking fabulous!! **Note: I will not remove or work over another artists lash extensions. Please be sure to have all lash extensions from previous artists properly removed prior to your scheduled appointment.**

Cancellation Policy

For the safety of everyone, absolutely NO CHILDREN allowed during time of service. Late Policy: Please be courteous and ensure that you are on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late please notify us as soon as possible, however if you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment it will result in the cancellation of your appointment and be marked as No Show. If you wish to book again in the future, you must pay the "No Show Fee" of 100% of your service fee. Applies to all services: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total expected cost of services is required in order to reserve your desired date and time. If appointment is rescheduled forty-eight (48) hours or more prior to reserved date and time, deposit will be transferred as deposit for rescheduled appointment date and time. Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to your reserved date and time, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If the makeup artist cancels at any time or be unable to perform her duties for any reason and not be able to find a replacement makeup artist, the deposit paid will be fully refunded within two weeks. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposit is the only liability to Ladii D Inc. and any and all of its owners, employees and agents.
