Lash Extension - Removal

Service Description

This service is only for clients who have lash extensions installed by Ladii D Inc. **Note: I will not remove another artists lash extensions.**

Cancellation Policy

For the safety of everyone, absolutely NO CHILDREN allowed during time of service. Late Policy: Please be courteous and ensure that you are on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late please notify us as soon as possible, however if you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment it will result in the cancellation of your appointment and be marked as No Show. If you wish to book again in the future, you must pay the "No Show Fee" of 100% of your service fee. Applies to all services: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total expected cost of services is required in order to reserve your desired date and time. If appointment is rescheduled forty-eight (48) hours or more prior to reserved date and time, deposit will be transferred as deposit for rescheduled appointment date and time. Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to your reserved date and time, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If the makeup artist cancels at any time or be unable to perform her duties for any reason and not be able to find a replacement makeup artist, the deposit paid will be fully refunded within two weeks. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposit is the only liability to Ladii D Inc. and any and all of its owners, employees and agents.
